Avoch School PhotoThis is a Avoch school photograph from the 1900 era. Children of Alexander Urquhart, game keeper from the Rosehaugh estate, who was my great grandfather are featured in the photo. I would be interested in making contact with anyone who knows of the family. Their last address before leaving the Black Isle in 1921 was Newton Cottage, Avoch.

I would like to know if anyone knows if there are any McLemans from 22 Dock or any Shobbrook children from the Rosehaugh estate in this photo?

Does anyone know if any of the family of James and Georgina Patience attended the school. Perhaps Alex, Jane and Helen Patience. I believe they lived on Margaret or Rose Street next to the Reids (?). Are they in the photo and if so - do you know which ones they are. Thank-you.
