Would this be the boat that was originally owned by James McIntosh . His son James bought his father a boat before he left for Canada in 1911. It was called the Boy Jim.

No the boat Sandy Oney had was scaffie of about 32 ft.I remember her lying in the harbour before the 1939-45 war.I cant remember her fishing.The byname was honey,theAchie dialect dropped the h making it ONEY
