I have a copy of this photo, which my cousin sent to me, with most of the names, and also the byenames. Would anyone like them listed?

I wonder if that Robert Munro could have been the Aircraftsman killed off Norfolk in an air crash in 1938. He is named on a memorial plaque in Barton Mills church, near Mildenhall
Added by Tony Pringle on 04 July 2015
Seems likely. The Robert Munro you mention was born in 1919 and so would have been about 10 at the time of this photo. He was the son of butcher ('flesher') James Munro of 13 Dock, Avoch. Robert was cousin of my Grandpa William Munro who emigrated to Australia in 1920.

Yes I believe that is Robert Munro son of James Munro the butcher of 13 Dock. Robert was born in 1919 and was a cousin of my grandfather William Munro who emigrated to Australia in 1920. The photo is dated elsewhere as 1927, so Robert could have been between 8 and 10 at the time it was taken. Robert's brother Richard joined the RAF in 1940, survived the war and ended up living in Canada. His older brother James served in the army.
